At Love Joy and Faith Inc., our faith-based nonprofit initiative brings together those big-hearted servant leaders who are ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of others. Our mission is to find the need and then plant seeds of love in the Palm Coast community and across Flagler County, Florida. We help folks facing hard times by meeting their immediate needs and removing the barriers along their path so they can work toward sustainable self-sufficiency. We want people to experience true love and joy by modeling a Christ-like love rooted in kindness, forgiveness, and healing.
 
Our organization was founded by husband and wife Michael and LaTrisha Williams. As a girl, LaTrisha watched her single mom take care of others, even when she had almost nothing. She brought groceries to her neighbors, cleaned their homes, gave them rides, and helped in any other way she could. She continues to lead a life of service to this day.
 
As a couple, Michael and LaTrisha knew they wanted to model this kind of love to their own children, being an example of a living faith centered on supporting people experiencing any kind of need, whether physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual.
 
For years, the Williams family volunteered with local service organizations. As a family, they would look for opportunities to give from the heart, whether by waking up to feed people in transition at the Salvation Army on Christmas morning or by committing random acts of kindness in their daily lives.
 
The more they sought out ways to be of service, the more they realized that people in need crave more than just food and shelter. They need love.
 
Moved by the words of Jeremiah 31:3, in which the Lord told his prophet, "I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you," the Williamses decided to heed a calling in 2020 to start their own initiative so they could spread a little more of that everlasting love. Their aim is to grow an organization that takes a holistic approach, looking at the whole picture of a person’s life and striving to meet every need possible. As people of faith, the Williams family wants Love Joy and Faith Inc. to bridge the gaps that exist between churches, government agencies, and people in need in the community by going the extra mile to serve and lift up others, treating every person as a noble human made in the image and likeness of God.
 
At Love Joy and Faith Inc., we want to capture people’s hearts with our love in the hopes it will bring them a true joy capable of transforming every part of their lives.
